The problem
One tool became five.
Five became twelve.
Now you're the only person who knows how any of it connects.
The trade
A partner, not a pair of hands.
I'm not a freelancer you hand a task list to. The operations, the admin, the tech — that's my zone. The reason your business exists in the first place — that's yours. We build it together, which is exactly why it stays yours: once you've helped shape it, you can run it long after I've gone. It needn't take much of your time. But it does take you.
How I build
Four things I hold to, every engagement.
Reliable
Systems that keep working, that your team can run without me. Continuity over cleverness.
Human-centred
Built around your people and how they actually work, not around the tech.
Integrated
Your tools talk to each other. The end of "one tool became twelve."
Intentional
Every change earns its place. I change only what's worth changing — if it works, it stays.
What I actually do
Deeply technical. Consultants hand you a deck; I build the thing.
Automations, integrations, databases, dashboards — I build them myself. AI does the heavy lifting alongside me, so ten focused hours a week deliver what usually takes thirty.
The right tool depends on the job. A new app, sometimes. Other times it's the spreadsheet you already have, wired up properly, or open-source, or the software you're already paying for. I'm not chasing the newest setup or the purest one. You have real options, and we pick them on purpose.
The process
How it works
A free assessment, then an ongoing partnership. Each month tackles the next priority until the business runs without you in the middle of every decision.
01 — Reality check
Free 45-minute conversation
We go through your week together and figure out where your time is actually going. You'll see which tasks are yours to keep and which ones are eating the hours you need for the work that matters. Afterwards, I send you a visual report with what we found. Not a pitch.
02 — Embed
Monthly retainer begins
I come in as your operations partner, tackling priorities month by month. Building processes, connecting tools, documenting everything, training the team. Each month has a priorities document so you know exactly what we're working on and why.
03 — Hand over
The business runs without you holding it together
Systems are documented, the team knows how to use them, and you have visibility without managing every detail. The goal is that you're in control, not dependent on me.
My promise
How I work differently
You're never locked in — no black boxes, nothing you can't walk away from.
Minimum engagement is three months, long enough for something to bed in. Everything I build comes with documentation and training, so your team can run the day-to-day without me. Anything built on AI, APIs, or tools that update will need maintenance as those change: handle it in-house once it's documented, or keep me on for it. The clients who stay, stay by choice — for the next build, or the upkeep.
I recommend what fits your business, not what pays me commission.
Platform-agnostic. I'll recommend free and open-source tools when they're the right choice, or what you're already paying for.
Fixed monthly pricing — or a bespoke engagement scoped to you.
Never one-size-fits-all. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices — and a clear scope document each month so you know exactly what we're tackling and why.
